Dwight Johnson, President of The Olde Cheese Factory Inc. is very pleased to announce that Mr Huber Bessner, retired cheesemaker of Vernon B.C., has accepted an invitation to become the project consultant and cheesemaker for the firms first factory, to be located in Armstrong, B.C.
Hubert brings 45 years of cheese making experience to the company as well as a life time of experience which includes factory management and ownership. He has a lifetimes interest in the making of cheese including installation and troubleshooting of cheese making equipment.
The cheese factory will be Canadas first to be designed in the style of an estate winery! Emphasis will be placed on viewing and showmanship. Hubert will design, install and commission the equipment for that purpose.
