Tuna Salad Cones


Serves 6

Ingredients:
21/2 oz. (1/2 cup) uncooked macaroni rings
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup frozen sweet peas, thawed and drained
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Village Cheddar
1 (61/2 oz.) can water-packked tuna, drained, flaked
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
6 flat-bottomed ice cream cones

Preparation
Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on the package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In mmedium bowl, combine all ingredients except ice cream cones; mix well. Cover; refridgerate 1 hour to blend flavours.

To serve, fill each ice cream cone with generous 1/3 cup of tune salad. Garnish as desired.
