Ingredients:
Preparation Arrange ham slices evenly over potatoes. Top with a second layer of potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Smoothly combine chicken broth and flour. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture boils and thickens; pour over potatoes and ham in baking dish. Sprinkle Village Alpine Meadow cheese evenly over surface.
Bake, uncovered, in 375 °F (190 °C) oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is browned. *For a change of taste, use your favourite blend of shredded Village Farmstead Artisan Cheeses. |
