Good morning!
I stopped by this past weekend as part of a tour group with Clear Channel Radio Station, and not only bought cheese, but also had soup and sandwich.
The soup was great and the soup maker, I learned, was in Vancouver much to my disappointment. I am wondering if it is possible to get the recipe for the beet soup?

I just have to tell you how much I enjoyed your Shitake cheese. I purchased it at the Huckleberry Mountain Market at Christina Lake and I wanted something to nibble with a cold Corona. It was fantastic and offset the beer wonderfully. Since then I have cubed it into a number of different salads and have now realized it is just great to nibble on all by itself. Thank you for this wonderful product!

I want to tell you how thrilled I was to find your products in our local grocery store!! Since I've found that I'm lactose-intolerant, I've had very few selections in cheese products! I was thrilled to read labels on the packages of cheese flavours I've been unable to have for years!
I'm preparing a grilled cheese sandwich now with your Smoken Goat (Love the spelling). Of course, I'm also unable to digest wheat (unless it is sprouted whereby all the sugars are broken down) so I have special bread too.
I'm grateful for the Italians in this community that demand the products I need (or at least WANT--I got used to cheese and bread when I was younger. I'm sorry but Soya milks and "cheeses" just don't cut it with me!).

I just wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful visit to your cheese company. It was so inspirational that I created 2 menu items which will feature your cheeses! I was with the group of instructors from SAIT's Professional Cooking program. I had also in passing mentioned my desire to come back and spend some more time in your facility to see more hands-on of the cheese-making. If it is still possible to do so, I would be able to book vacation time to coincide with this opportunity. I would love to see both cheese-making and front-end operations. I would be a good hand in the deli too!! I am afforded the opportunity as a SAIT faculty to do such things to enrich my knowledge of the food and hospitality industry...at no cost to you...a win-win situation. Please let me know if this is something I can plan and we can talk further .

Hi there,
I stumbled upon your Suicidally Hot Horseradish cheese at my local
Safeway not long ago and decided to buy some for my husband (a
horseradish fiend). Needless to say it was a hit! Since then, we've
tried almost all flavors available to us here and we have not been
disappointed once. The Pale Ale cheese has become another
favorite...but we're not done tasting yet and expect to add several more
to our list of favorites.
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoy your cheese (we've been
eating cheese with every meal these days) and how glad we are that we've
found you. Keep up the amazing cheese-making!

I have been eating cheese to the utmost delight. Thanks for getting the package to me. I find the cheddar excellent and the unusual taste of the wine/cheddar to be quite remarkable.

Once I have that figure, could I entrust your firm with my debit card and have the shipment sent out on the 15th every 2 months, starting next month on a regular basis until I ask you to stop shipping?
